New employee for international sales
Also the number of employees increased by one third at my-PV - and that despite restrictions due to Corona. One of the new additions is Tallal Butt, responsible for coordinating international sales since October 1st.
Tallal Butt, a graduate of the master's program "Sustainable Technical Systems" at the University of Freiburg, was born in Pakistan and lived in Saudi Arabia for many years. After his master's degree, he worked for several years at the Fraunhofer Institute in Hamburg on various projects dealing with renewable energies and electromobility. "What I find exciting about this new challenge is that I'm looking forward to expanding the international sales activities of my-PV worldwide and selling the innovative products in other parts of the world," explains Tallal Butt.
"The crisis also reinforced the trend towards more sustainability, security and self-sufficiency - this was an advantage for our growth development," Dr. Gerhard Rimpler, my-PV Managing Director, is convinced. The innovative products from the technology forge in Upper Austria enable the usage of the energy generated with the own photovoltaic system for in-house heating purposes. Thus my-PV offers a lucrative alternative to the less attractive feed-in into the general power grid. The increased demand could be achieved on the national market as well as on the international markets.
