Technical Support - The ELWA always flashes green but never heats up
Die ELWA ist werksseitig für den Betrieb als Einzelgerät oder im Schichtladebetrieb als oberes Gerät konfiguriert.
Vermutlich wurde die Schichteinstellung im Setupmodus unbeabsichtigt auf "unten" verändert.
Versetzen sie die ELWA einfach erneut in den Setupmodus (siehe Montage-und Betriebsanleitung) und korrigieren sie die Fehleinstellung.
In der Software sieht die Einstellung "unten" übrigens so aus (Sprachauswahl Englisch):

The ELWA is configured for operation as a single device or as a top device in shift charging mode. The shift setting was probably unintentionally changed to "bottom" in setup mode.
Good to know
This setting has nothing to do with the spatial installation position (for example in the lower storage area), but concerns shift operation with two ELWAs.
Rotary knob adjustment
Simply put the ELWA back into setup mode (see assembly and operating instructions) and correct the incorrect setting.
Good to know
If you have a “USB interface” from my-PV, you can of course correct this setting using software!
By the way, in the software the setting “below” looks like this (English language selection):
