Customer statement
"In the 'layer charging' mode, the AC•THOR 9s supplies two 9 kW heating rods sequentially with PV surplus power. The switching between the two three-phase loads is done by an electrical 'opener' and a 'closer.' Once the upper heating rod reaches the target temperature, they are easily activated via the relay integrated in the AC•THOR 9s. On one hand, the upper part of our 2,000-liter buffer tank reaches the desired temperature relatively quickly, and on the other hand, I can simultaneously use the entire storage volume to fully utilize my PV surplus – and all of this with just one power controller," emphasizes the builder.
